Refund Policy
Thirty days, no questions asked — and what happens to your codes when a refund goes through.

Thirty days, no questions asked
If you are not happy with Pro, email us within 30 days of a payment and we refund it. We will not ask you to justify it, and we will not offer you a discount to stay first.
This covers your first payment and every renewal after it: a renewal you did not notice until the receipt arrived is exactly the case this policy exists for.
How to ask
Email hello@qrcodeforpdf.app from the address on the account. That is all we need — no form and no ticket number.
Refunds are issued to the original card. Your bank decides how long it takes to appear; five to ten working days is typical, and it is out of our hands once we have sent it.
What happens to your codes
A refund ends the subscription, so the account returns to the free plan. That means:
- Every code you have printed keeps resolving. Refunding a payment does not delete anything.
- The free plan covers three codes. If you were holding more, the three busiest keep working and the rest pause until you upgrade again or delete some. Nothing is deleted for being paused.
- Pro features switch off: the country and device breakdowns, reading depth, passphrases, and the badge stays on the page a scan opens.
- Scan history shortens from 365 days to 90.
Cancelling without a refund
Cancel any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops the next payment and leaves the current period running to its end — you keep Pro until the date you already paid through, and no refund is involved.
What we do not refund
- Payments older than 30 days. Cancel instead, and the next one never happens.
- We do not pro-rate a partial month on cancellation. The period you paid for runs to its end.
If something is our fault
If the service failed in a way that cost you — codes that stopped resolving, a document we lost — the 30 days do not apply. Tell us what happened and we will make it right, whatever the date on the receipt.
