If your question is about a specific QR code, send us its link (the /r/… address). That is enough for us to look it up — we do not need the original PDF.

Reporting a problem with a code

If a printed code has stopped resolving, tell us straight away. Codes are meant to keep working, so a broken one is a bug on our side, not something you need to pay to fix.
